DB Corporation, publishers of Dainik Bhaskar, will enter the capital market on Friday with a public issue of 18.1 million shares off face value Rs 10 each. The price band has been fixed at Rs 185-212 per share. At an upper band, the company will raise Rs 385 crore. The IPO closes on December 15.
