Plant Detail
Ahmedabad
It is a historical feat for the newspaper industry in Gujarat, when DB corp Ltd, installed 3 high end presses from KBA Germany. The print establishment at Ahmedabad is situated at outskirts of the city and is called "Bhaskar Print planet - Ahmedabad" it houses a fleet of 3 high end presses double width press comprising 09 towers of four-by-one KBA Prisma offset press from Germany, with a rated speed of 85000 copies per hour and one 6 tower press from Manugraph India.
The KBA press at Ahmedabad is equipped with a plough fold device, it can deliver a larger than life product "Super Panorama". It can also deliver a variety of innovative online / offline products to add value to the advertisers. It is supported with the latest Mail Room equipment from Ferag Switzerland with online counting, bundling, strapping and shrink wrapping facility. These high speed presses are supported by one of the World's best and fastest Violet CTP plate making technology from KRAUSE Germany. With the new addition the total installed per hour capacity of the plant stands at 300000 copies per hour. This is so far the highest print capacity in Gujarat.
In addition to the above there is a heatset press from Kamori Japan.
Indore
Indore Bhaskar has installed a new-generation 04 Tower, four-by-one KBA Prisma offset press from Germany, with a rated speed of 85000 copies per hour. It can deliver various online printing features like Pop out, drop out, single and multiple flaps. It is supported with the latest Mail Room equipment from Ferag Switzerland with online counting, bundling, strapping and shrink wrapping facility. These high speed presses are supported by one of the World's best and fastest Violet CTP plate making technology from KRAUSE, Germany.
It brings versatility to color newspaper printing, uniting the enormous output of a double-width press and the flexibility of a one-around machine. No other Newspaper Publication in MP & CG has such a capability & capacity.. With this augmentation the total Print capacity of Indore Plant now stands at 130,000 copies per hour.
Indore Bhaskar Printing Plant is located on main Highway at Sanwer Road Industrial area & just 10 minutes drive from Indore Airport.
In addition to the above there is a heatset press from Kamori Japan.
Jaipur
Pink city Jaipur, got into the league of high end presses at Bhaskar Print planet - Jaipur in a huge 8 story tall structure on the outskirts of Jaipur city. This state of art plant facility houses 8 towers of KBA Prisma printing machines from Germany with Ferag mailroom from Switzerland and KRAUSE CTP from Germany. The total installed capacity at the plant including 2 KBA, German made presses and 3 preses from Manugraph, India is 287000 copies per hour.
This set up at Jaipur provides excellent print quality and more flexibility for advertisers and the distribution of inserted material. Bhaskar Print Planet - Jaipur is the most advanced print facility in the state of Rajasthan.
In addition to the above there is a heatset press from Mitsubishi Japan and a book printing set up.
