Sudhir Agarwal,is the Managing Director of DB Corp Ltd. He has been on the Board of Company since inception. He has approximately 30 years of experience in the printing & publishing of newspaper business and has been part of the organization for same number of years. He is responsible for our long term vision and monitoring our Company's performance and devising the overall business plans. His dynamic leadership & with clear future vision, the company has progressed to become largest read newspaper of the country, with multiple states with PAN India presence, in 3 languages. Under his aggressive leadership qualities, the company is considered as one of the fastest growing media groups by analyst and investors community, which has spread from 1 state in 1997 to 12 states in 2019, from 4 editions to 61 Editions. Under his leadership, adapting the innovative door to door contact launch process, company has achieved status of no.1 from day 1 across it's launch markets. India Today Magazine has adjudged our company in top 50 most influential business houses in 2003, followed by in 2006 and 2007.

Girish Agarwal is the Promoter Director of D B Corp Ltd (DBCL) and has been on the Board since October 1995. He has approximately 28 years of experience in the publishing business and has been with the organization for same number of years. He provides inputs on strategic aspects of sales and marketing functions at DBCL. He is also an active member of Indian Newspaper Society (INS). He holds the distinction of being the youngest chairman of INS for Madhya Pradesh region. He has also been awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year, for the year 2006 in the Media & Entertainment category by Ernst & Young. Further, he has also award recipient for "Outstanding Entrepreneur" in APEA (Asia Pacific Entrepreneur awards).
Under the guidance of Mr. Agarwal, Dainik Bhaskar Group initiated various innovative marketing strategies and successfully launched campaigns like Zidd Karo Duniya Badlo, Dainik Bhaskar Bihar’ Doosra and several other 360 degree initiatives which were lauded at the industry’s highest platforms like the Abbys, ICMA and The Economic Times Shark Awards. Mr Agarwal tailored and led the campaign “Print Media is Growing” with other print stalwarts. He aggressively evangelized the power of the print medium through presentations and roadshows across the country.

Mr. Piyush Pandey (64 years) is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has been on the Board of our Company since November 28, 2007. He has over 36 years of experience in advertising – all with Ogilvy and Mather, India. He is the only Indian to have won three Grand Prizes at the London International Advertising Awards. He was awarded the Clio Lifetime Achievement Award in 2012 and the Padma Shri in 2016 in recognition of his distinguished service in the field of advertising and communication – the first Indian to be awarded in this field. He published his first book ‘Pandeymonium’ in 2015. He was also awarded the Lion of St. Mark at the International Festival of Creativity at Cannes 2018.

Mr. Harish Bijoor has been on the Board of the Company since November 2007. He started his career with Hindustan Lever Limited (formerly known as Brooke Bond Lipton India Ltd.). Currently, he is a brand-thinker and practitioner operating out of Bengaluru, India. He runs a unique boutique-consulting outfit branded ‘Harish Bijoor Consults Inc.’ Harish has spent his career across the aggressive realms of FMCG, Telecom and Consumer Durables. He has also served at Zip Telecom Ltd. and Tata Coffee Limited in varied roles in the senior management. He is an active member of different coffee forums including the Coffee Board of India. Besides, he was an active member of the sub-committee on plantations of the Planning Commission.

Mr. Ashwani Singhal has been on the Board of the Company since November 2007. He has over 33 years of experience in non-ferrous metallurgical industry. He is currently handling the global sourcing of raw materials for his business of manufacturing Aluminium Deox and Ferro Aluminium for the steel industry. He is the founder-director of ‘The Metal Recycling Association of India’ and has served as the District Chairperson - Sight First Co-ordinator of ‘The International Association of Lions Clubs District 323 A3’ Mumbai, India, 2015-16.

Anupriya Acharya,CEO of Publicis Groupe South Asia, commands nearly three decades of excellence in media and advertising across India and Southeast Asia. A seasoned leader with 18 years in CXO roles across WPP, Aegis, and Publicis, she is also an active industry influencer. Anupriya also holds positions on the boards of BARC, AAAI, MRUC, MMA, ASCI. She has been a Strategic Advisor to CMD / CEO / Board Members on perception image management, media investments, marketing and brand communications. She has been recognised for her deep understanding of the efficiency and efficacy of various media platforms and her strategic vision in the area of management of media investments.

Paulomi believes in giving. She was the President of Inner Wheel Club of Bombay Queen's Necklace (2017-18), where she initiated socially impactful projects - "Adopt a Village". Her focus was to bring transformation from the grass root level.

Paulomi is Independent Director on Boards of Mukta Arts Ltd., D.B. Corp Ltd., Pokarna Ltd., Whistling Woods, The Indian Society of Advertisers. She is a Chairperson & Managing Trustee of Make-A-Wish Foundation of India and Trustee of Society for Human and Environmental Development.

Mr. Runit Kishor Shah, is an entrepreneur, angel investor and financial advisor with extensive experience in diverse areas such as business operations & strategy, digital marketing, wealth management and real estate development.
During his tenor in the United States of America, Mr. Runit Kishor Shah has received his Bachelor’s Degree from the Purdue University in Industrial Engineering and worked at General Motors Detroit headquarters as a Competitive Operations Engineer. He continued his education at Thunderbird School of Global Management, where he has received his Masters of Business Administration in International Business. He has also completed certificate courses in Investor Adviser as well as Mutual Fund Distributor from National Institute of Securities Markets, Mumbai.

Mr. Runit Kishor Shah foray in the angel investing came about in 2011 when he joined the Mumbai Angels. Simultaneously, he went on to co-found an online jewellery marketplace by the name of Velvetcase. The company raised private and institutional capital from marquee investors such as O3 Capital, Anupam Mittal, Mohandas Pai, Jerry Rao, K Raheja Corp, Patni Family Office to name a few.

Currently, Mr. Runit Kishor Shah is on the Board of few privately held companies and performs multiple leadership roles. He is also a partner in few LLPs. He heads a Star Export House Garment Manufacturing & Export business which was established in 1979. In Pune, Runit is jointly developing 1.5 million sq. ft of Residential as well as Commercial Development. He is currently an active investor at the Indian Angel Network and a Limited Partner to renown VC Funds.

He is an active member at the Rotary Club of Bombay where he chairs the "Adult Literacy for Women" project committee. In the last 2 years of his chairmanship, the committee has successfully educated more than 95,000 women in rural Maharashtra. Mr. Shah is a proud recipient of the Rotarian of the Year and Best Project of the Year (Adult Literacy for Women) awards in 2023-24.
